TheraBand Soft Weights are hand-held isotonic weights. These are a perfect soft alternative to traditional isotonic dumbbells providing greater versatility for strength training and rehabilitation exercises.
In addition to traditional strengthening exercises for the upper and lower body, the Soft Weights can be used for many other applications. Their soft texture allows for functional grip or exercises for individual fingers which aid in hand and wrist rehabilitation.
Ball diameter does not increase with weight, each ball offers a diameter of 11.5cm (4.5") for a consistent and functional grip.
The durable PVC makes it an easy wipe-clean surface that promotes hygienic use whether its in the home or gym.
