The Soft Stability Balls are used mainly for resistance. They help to effectively target difficult areas including the upper arms and outer and inner thighs. Much like a stability disc, it can also be used to provide an unstable platform to build balance and body strength. The balls are extremely versatile and easily portable. They are great for all exercise environments and can very challenging for all levels. The diameter of the ball is approximately 23cm.
