Posture Pals can be applied to the upper or lower back in order to assist postural awareness and manage position and related issues. You can also use the Box shape to correct shoulder position.
Alternatively, apply Posture Pals Box to the upper leg to assist with tears of the hamstring or quadriceps by creating a 'box' offload.
