The Oov works by activating the users core stabilising muscles while also gently extending the spine to stimulate healthy intervertebral disc lubrication. This active response in the user helps achieve neutral spine, a widely used concept in the treatment and assessment of spinal conditions.
Strength, speed, power and agility are more effectively achieved if motor control, stability and endurance can be maintained, which are the basis of all exercises with the Oov. The Oov gives the practitioner the ability to assess movement at an unprecedented level.
